The implementation of a 24 hour approach for a client who is wheelchair dependant

The implementation of different pieces of equipment has enabled the individual to be able to access various controlled postures and positions throughout 24 hours.

Here you can see that this individual has a relatively varied day, in terms of posture and positioning. (In addition, night time posture is controlled by use of positioning aids).

A customised shower chair was designed and built to enable the client to be toileted and showered in sitting, with optimal support.
